-
What are the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice? The InterNACHI® Standards of Practice define the scope and guidelines for home inspections, ensuring consistency, reliability, and professionalism in the industry. Our inspectors adhere to these standards to provide detailed, unbiased reports, covering key structural components, safety concerns, and overall home condition.
-

-
What types of home inspections do you offer? We provide a range of inspections tailored to meet your needs: Pre-Purchase (Buyer’s) Inspections – Helping buyers understand a home’s condition before purchase. Pre-Listing (Seller’s) Inspections – Assisting sellers in identifying and addressing concerns before listing. New Construction & 11-Month Warranty Inspections – Evaluating new builds for compliance and ensuring homeowners identify any warranty-related issues before coverage expires. Specialized Inspections – Such as mold, radon, termite, or pool inspections, offering deeper assessments for specific concerns.

What is the Difference Between a Full Home Inspection and an FHA Inspection?A full home inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a property's overall condition, covering structure, systems, and safety concerns, with a detailed report for buyers. An FHA inspection, required for FHA-backed loans, is performed by a HUD-approved appraiser and ensures the home meets minimum safety, security, and soundness standards set by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Unlike a full home inspection, an FHA inspection is focused on determining if the property qualifies for financing rather than providing a detailed assessment of its condition.
-
What Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept major credit and debit cards only for inspection services. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the appointment. The balance is due at the conclusion of the inspection, and the inspection report will be available once payment for all services rendered has been received.
-
When Is Payment Due?A $100.00 deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance paid upon completion of the inspection.
-
What can I expect during a home inspection? Our inspectors examine major home systems and components, including roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, providing a same-day digital report featuring photos, descriptions, and expert insights.
-
How Long Does A Home Inspection Take?Inspection times are approximate since every inspection is performed by two experienced inspectors for a thorough and detailed assessment. Most inspections take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the home’s size, age, and condition. Larger or more complex properties may take longer to ensure a complete evaluation.
-
Should I Attend The Home Inspection?Attendance is not required, but highly recommended. Being present allows homebuyers to ask questions, gain firsthand knowledge of the property’s condition, and understand potential concerns. If you cannot attend, a detailed same-day report will be emailed to you, and the inspector will be available to answer any questions you may have.
-
How soon will I receive the inspection report? We deliver comprehensive digital reports the same day, ensuring buyers get fast, reliable insights.
-
Can a home inspection affect my purchase?A home inspection is not a pass or fail test—it’s an objective evaluation of the property’s condition. The inspection identifies potential repairs, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, helping buyers make informed decisions. While findings may impact negotiations, the goal is to provide clarity rather than determine whether a home is "good" or "bad." Buyers can use the inspection report to request repairs, adjust terms, or proceed confidently knowing the property’s condition.
-
Does the seller or seller’s agent receive a copy of the inspection report? No, unless the buyer chooses to share it. The inspection report is confidential and belongs to the buyer, who can decide whether to provide a copy to the seller or their agent during negotiations.
-
Why should I get a pre-listing inspection?A pre-listing inspection gives sellers a competitive edge, helping avoid surprises, strengthen negotiation power, and streamline the selling process.
-
Will the inspection findings be shared with buyers? The seller chooses whether to disclose the report. However, transparency builds buyer trust and can help avoid last-minute complications.
-
How should I prepare my home for an inspection?Ensure all utilities are on, provide access to major systems to include attic and crawlspace, declutter your home and store all pets (if occupied), and complete minor repairs to facilitate a smooth inspection.
-
