Frequently asked questions
The InterNACHI® Standards of Practice define the scope and guidelines for home inspections, ensuring consistency, reliability, and professionalism in the industry. Our inspectors adhere to these standards to provide detailed, unbiased reports, covering key structural components, safety concerns, and overall home condition.
A full home inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a property's overall condition, covering structure, systems, and safety concerns, with a detailed report for buyers. An FHA inspection, required for FHA-backed loans, is performed by a HUD-approved appraiser and ensures the home meets minimum safety, security, and soundness standards set by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Unlike a full home inspection, an FHA inspection is focused on determining if the property qualifies for financing rather than providing a detailed assessment of its condition.
